It provides all needed tools to manage tours, activities and experiences in one place, including a book now button enabling providers to take direct bookings from their own website without tech knowledge. The solution is completely free for providers and resellers, CaptainBook only adds its service fee to each online transaction.
Economic rationale / Business Model
We offer one single simple subscription plan: free unlimited everything. We take a 4% commission on each online booking, paid by the final customer. There is no monthly fee, nor setup fee, nor lock-in contract. Offline bookings are commission free. This model corresponds exactly to our customers expectation: a real partnership, the more they sell, the more we earn. Our model is a SaaS model. - Activity resellers can register directly from the provider's website, without leaving the website. This makes a frictionless sale, while acquiring new resellers for us. - In each destination, we will offer a destination management website with specific SEO efforts to promote the area (aggregation of activity providers of a specific area, with point of interests, quality content, etc), increasing both visibility and partners' revenues.
